11 days late
So I am 11 days late to my period (I’m on it now tho). I have been starting to work out intensely in February + March and from what I hear is that working out can affect your period timing and whatnot. Hell, I even downloaded this app to make sure I wasn’t ovulating while going in raw for the first time. I was so worried I was pregnant that a took a test (came out negative, duh 🙄). But what I’m wondering is will working out more affect the timing of my period? Or am I on a new time and cycle?
