IUI success with high dna damage???

Hi all.

Long story short, we have done 2x IUI and x2 IVF which all failed. We finally found out hubby's DNA FRAGMENTATION came back very high. Which sucks. He changed his diet drastically and nothing improved.

We have been told best bet for success is IVF again with sperm biopsy and ICSI.

We got selected for 4x free IUIs for a study.

Is it worth the heart ache? We are so grateful for the treatment but it's so hard. Time off work, feeling yuk from clomid etc etc.

Has anyone had high dna fragmentation and had success with IUI?
