Tmi @ 13 weeks

So I'm 13 weeks and the last couple days I've been crampy and had discharge that smells bad. I have a call into my dr but it's taking forever. I'm thinking I just have a infection but should I be more concerned? I lost a baby at 15 weeks about 8 years ago and I'm so paranoid it will happen again. I want to go into my dr and just hear the heartbeat and I'll be fine. Am I just freaking out for no reason?
