My first yeast infection? 🥳

Yesterday morning I woke up to my vagina being swollen, slightly burning, and very itchy. I’ve been tested for std’s in the past and my partner has too so I am pretty certain it’s nothing like that. The only thing I’ve done differently is that I started birth control about a week ago. And I just read that birth control can cause yeast infections which is why I think that’s what it is. The only thing is I haven’t had any crazy discharge so I’m a little uncertain. Unfortunately with my work schedule, I cannot go to the doctor and I’ve used up all my sick days from when I got covid. Does anyone have any experience with yeast infections? Any advice. I’m pretty lost and very itchy :(
