No Fetal pole seen ...

It's my 53rd day and I tested positive in pregnancy test kit and also in BHCG test .. I consulted doctor on my 50th day and undergone full abdomen scan , Pelvis with TVS.. Report says that I'm having Early intrauterine gestational sac with yolk sac but no fetal pole seen .. All my other hormone test , sugar test , thyroid test are normal .. Doctor asked me to repeat scan again after a week .. I'm much worried about this ? Will this delayed growth causes anything negative ?? Will I get fetal pole next week ??

Do any of you faced same issues ??
