first time IUI and I test on 3/15 (My Mom’s birthday)

Husband and I did our first IUI treatment and I get to test in 5 days. I’ve been cramps the whole time and developed a cold over the past few days. I’m hoping that’s a sign that it worked! Anyone else have that prior to getting a BFP! Praying 🙏
