7dp5dt, ok to test?

Question

I am 7dp frozen embryo transfer, and I took an hcg shot 1 day after the transfer, and another hcg shot on Tuesday. I am going in to the RE office on 12/23 for my blood pregnancy test. How long do you ladies think I should wait to try a home pregnancy test? I know I should wait, and I know results might not be accurate, but this 2ww is killing me!! Thanks :)

We are officially pregnant!! We are so unbelievably excited, thankful, and feel so blessed! Our baby is due 8/27/16!! Yay!!!

Just had my call from nurse about my beta...HCG level 479!! She said "I think you might already know this, but you're pregnant!!" Ahhh Christmas Miracle!!! 🙏🏼➕👶🏼🎄🎉 praying you all get amazing news, sending soooo much baby dust your way!!!

I'm 7dp5dt too, Beta on Christmas Eve!! I had a Lupron trigger and I believe a low dose HCG booster immediately following ER (I was still groggy from being under)...I tested yesterday and today both faint BFP but getting darker...top yesterday/bottom today...still won't trust them until the beta results though!!

I think if you would still possibly have the trigger. You could start testing daily and see if they get lighter or darker.

At this point you'd probably get a positive either way because of the shot. I took one early on and got a positive from my trigger and my beta was negative but I knew when I got the positive HPT that it was most likely from the trigger so I didn't let it bother me. Some people say not to test because if you get a false positive, you'll get your hopes up and it'll be harder if it's negative. It's all how stable you are and how confident you are that you won't let your hopes get too high.
