when to ask for help ?

we’ve not been using protection for over a year now. 
i’ve had one pregnancy that ended in a MC around five weeks … i’ve not gotten pregnant again .
i’m about three months into opks and bbt and i’m feeling so discouraged.. 
is it too soon to see a doctor , i’ve been told 3 miscarriages have to happen before they start looking to help ..

You can start looking for help once you past the 12 month mark of activity trying

It’s up to you and your doc. Do you have an annual pap on the horizon? You can ask questions then. The general recommendation is to wait until you’ve been actively trying for a year if you’re under 35, and six months if you’re 35 or older. My doctor would see me for a general conversation about fertility anytime I want though. So you may want to touch base.
