Saline Breast implants

I wanted to know someone experience with saline breast implants. Cost, location, stories ect. I’m pretty young to get them (22) but I come from a whole family of women with bigger breast but still fit in my training bras from 3rd grade. I think I will feel more confident so please no hate. I’m leaning more toward saline because the safety of my health is very important to me. I know there are risk with this but I’ve seem to hear more horror stories with the silicon implants. I don’t plan on having kids for 10+ years so I figured if I have to get them re done it will be after kids. I’m trying to save up and mainly I hear it can be between 5-10k.
