Feel like im out this cycle. 🥺 help

So we used preseed this cycle and im currently 4dpo and i been having mild crampings feels sort of like what i get about a week or two before AF comes. Its so similar to menstrual crampings. I feel like im out this time. Did anyone have the same crampings but still got a bfp?
