Finally done with all blood tests to begin IVF

So it took us so long to get all of our blood work done 🤦🏾‍♀️, HTLV, RPR, HIV, Genetic testing… the list goes on. Anyway we had our zoom call with the doctor on Wednesday, and we got to ask questions about our results. My husband is a special case because he is absent of his vas deferens, and so is his brother so it’s genetic!. But his chromosomes are regular and everything else is fine but he has azoospermia. So before my egg retrieval he will need a testicular biopsy in hopes of finding Sperm. We are both worried but staying positive at the same time that our IVF will be successful 🤱🏾. We’ve been trying for a little over 3 years so we’ll see what happens. IVF at the clinic we are going to which is supposed to be one of the bests in CA, will cost us about $25k. The price is high but we can make monthly payments and my mom said she will pay our first year for us. Going ti start next month around the time my period starts, probably 4/21/2022 💕. But anyway just wanted to vent a little, if anyone has gone through anything like this please share. 💙
