Is this poop normal?

My 3M-3W old did this poop (TMI picture below), Yesterday her doctor had us adding baby cereal into her milk to make her feel full because she eats 6oz every hour and sometimes more we got (supported sitter) rice cereal and (supported sitter) oatmeal Cereal as he named off a couple cereals. We gave her the rice cereal two times yesterday and the oatmeal cereal once yesterday, Today she had the oatmeal cereal two times and the rice cereal once each time it was mixed into her milk as he said to do and warmed up in the microwave as the box directions say to SHE HAS NEVER DONE THIS POOP BEFORE she was sitting watching the cat in the hat and playing with her toys all of a sudden my boyfriend says "I smell baby poop" because she did a semi solid ball and seconds later she starts screaming because she couldn't push it out so I take her diaper off hold her legs to her belly and she just immediately pushes out two long semi solid poops.

Our doctor suggested the same thing to make baby feel full so he would eat less often. She warned me that rice cereal is known to cause constipation or more solid poop. Might be the case here, just adjusting to the new food. I wouldn’t worry much, but I’d call the doc again if constipation becomes a problem.

You can’t give a baby cereal/oatmeal too much starting out i learned the hard way. They get constipated FAST! Their poops start to become more solid when you start cereal/oatmeal. When you start I’d give like a teaspoon and thin it out do it twice a week for two weeks then add another day. Continue till you do it every day then up it to twice etc. too much at once will make them suffer. They’ve never pooped like that before so it’ll be painful. I worked up to 3xs a day but you can’t do it too fast and give them too much. They have to build a tolerance (pooping). Good luck! Hope this helps!
