Am I pregnant or am I not?

I have been having unprotected sex with my partner. We aren’t planning, but aren’t avoiding either. I had light pink spotting 2 days ago, which made me concerned, because last time this happened, I was pregnant with my daughter. The last time I had my period (or at least I think it was), the first day was 2/27/22, lasted 3 days. It came a week later than what it was supposed to, & it was lighter than what it normally tends to be. Took a test 2 days ago, it had a faint line. So I took 2 more. 2 more faint lines. Took a digital one yesterday morning, it said negative. Took another regular one last night came out negative. Took another one this morning, came out negative. Has this happened to anyone? Clearly I need a dr appt, but wanted opinions.
