* manger disrespected me by screaming and cussing at me over the phone while I was on shift but didn’t do anything to my coworker who did equally what I did(we switched shifts like usual) . It was the last straw for me so I quit and now they all want me back. & by last straw me wanting to quit was slowly building up bc they have favorites & excuses for the favorites.

Every few weeks they ask for me to go back but now I’m thinking about how it’s easy money & I should just forget about it but I don’t want to be screamed or cussed at again for something I’ve always done & the other person doesn’t get yelled or talked to at all.
