Tiny specks of blood when I wipe

Okay I am almost at my due date .. I have been feeling really bad lately , my feet are swollen , hands , legs yesterday I had diarrhea, vomiting I’m wondering if this isn’t a sign of labor every time I go pee or wipe there is a tiny little bit of blood bright red in that case I put on a pad just incase .

Has anyone experienced just a tiny bit of blood before labor ? i wouldn’t consider this spotting really just like a dribble really a spot here and there but it’s every time I wipe

Btw I don’t have a UTI I was at labor and delivery a few days ago and they checked my Urine and it was good !
