So im getting nervous and i shouldnt be ..  cuz I already did it before i gave birth to my son in 2020.. but now i know what to expect so im expecting a water breaking soon. 😪😭 im scaredddd 😪😪😪😪

Was your first traumatic or unsettling in any way?
If you are afraid of something specific try to talk to your partner or midwife about it so they can help you!
Try to meditate and focus on your breath to calm down 🙏

This is my fourth and I’m still a ball of nerves lol I think it’s just an overwhelming experience no matter how many times you’ve done it since it can be so different each time❤️ I’ve been trying to keep busy with house projects to keep my mind busy and even help encourage my body’s natural dilation by keeping up and moving.☺️
