Birth Plans?

I have a scheduled c-section coming up on April 15th but today I feel so much pressure and noticed my son is “dropping”.  Anyone make a birthing plan or have input as to what to include?? Show some of your examples if you have one made please 😁

I have scheduled c section on the 15th April as well. Our kids are going to be birthday mates. My pressure is real. Baby is way way low. I owe every 10mins it’s crazy. Only plan is c section and wanting to Brest feed exclusively

I scheduled a cesarean for my due date (April 22) as my Dr's do not want me to go past at all. If I go into labor beforehand I am attempting a VBAC. Don't have plans for that really, just intend to stay home as long as possible since I'm 5 minutes away. 
If I do end up getting a cesarean I want skin to skin after and a spinal block as opposed to epidural. (Epidural didn't work for me first pregnancy and I loved the spinal block).

This is mine so far. It’s just in notes in my phone so I need to get it on an actual document. My hospital had an example one online and I looked up other ones as well to get an idea of what things I need to think about. 
My overall goal is to have a natural labor and birth by using movement, positioning, and other non-medical means such as water, birthing ball/stool, etc. However, I understand preference may not always be able to be followed and as a first time mom, I do not know how I will handle contractions and may choose to deviate from my plan. I prefer things to be explained to me before/as they are happening.
Room:
Dim lights
Quiet
Music if desired
Wear my own clothing
One student at a time is welcome (preferably the same one)
Husband can take pictures/record birth
Pain relief:
Positioning
Relaxation
Walking
Birth ball
Tub/shower
Epidural only if I request, please do not offer
Saline lock okay 
Pushing:
Use various positions 
Try birth stool
Perineal care:
No episiotomy unless medically required
Perineal support while pushing
Birth:
Would like to feel baby’s head
Assist with pulling baby to chest if possible
After delivery
Immediate skin to skin (required exams done bedside if possible)
Husband to cut cord
Delayed bath (~12 hours)
All standard meds for baby okay
Baby in room at all times
If baby must leave room, husband accompanies baby
Feeding:
Plan to breastfeed, would like to initiate as soon as possible after birth
Would like a lactation consultation 
Avoid bottles/pacifiers unless medically necessary 
Other:
Would like to avoid c-section unless baby is in distress
If c-section is required
	would still like immediate skin to skin if possible 
	Epidural not general anesthesia
