Baby measuring big at 20 weeks?

My baby measured 16 ounces at the 20 week ultrasound (normal is 10 ounces) and was also bigger at our early 17 week scan (7.5 ounces when normal was around 6 ounces). Has anyone else’s baby measured big in the 2nd trimester but was able to give birth vaginally?

Baby boy has been measuring 2-3 weeks ahead along with my belly. I know the estimates can be off with the ultrasound but I’ve already figured he’d be on the bigger side. My daughter was 9lbs when she was born. And ended up having a 4th degree tear. I have a growth scan for baby boy around the first week of April around 31ish weeks to check everything

Just commenting to tell you that ultrasounds are not accurate! And please don’t look at “normal”. My sons both measured ahead. My first followed the weight on the app Pregnancy+. He was born at 37w4d and weighed a little smaller than expected, he was 6lb10oz and expected to be 7 plus already. This one measured 6 days behind so they changed my due date (at the dating scan) and now he’s measuring like 4 days ahead of that. So he obviously weighs more than what he should according to the new due date, but is under what he should due to the last period.
