When should you announce?

I really want to announce on Sunday and I will be 11 weeks and 4 days but most people wait until there 12 weeks. I just get nervous about miscarriages and stuff. When did y’all ladies announce.

Whenever you want.  Others thoughts have nothing to do with what you "should" do.  Do it however you want

I told close family when I first found out I was only 6 weeks gone but everyone else found out a few weeks later around 9-10 weeks as most of my mates figured it out when I wasn’t drinking

We told our parents at seven weeks and siblings at nine weeks.

Do whatever you’re comfortable with! We shared with close family and friends at like 8 weeks. And then shared the news with the rest of the world at 17 weeks. My plan was for 12 weeks but I just wasn’t ready yet.

Do what feels right my love ❤️ I told my parents, and my sister the night we found out because I couldn’t stop smiling and crying at my parents house! Then I had a scan at 6 weeks to make sure it wasn’t eptopic (I had one before). By Christmas I was 7.5 weeks and my hubby wanted to tell his parents and siblings so I said go ahead! Then everyone else found out at 13 weeks! It was like a slow progression and luckily for us everyone was able to keep a secret. Although I wouldn’t really mind anyway, I was just happy to be pregnant. I’m 18 weeks now 😁

I think 3 days from 12 weeks is close enough 😊 announce whenever you feel ready! There is no right or wrong here, is just personal preference. With my first 3 pregnancies I announced in my early first trimester.. and even though I miscarried I don't regret announcing early because it gave me the support I needed. This pregnancy I'm now 18 weeks and still haven't formally announced although my close friends and family know. It's up to you!
