37+5 weeks stomach pain

Has anyone experienced only contractions at and throughout the night plus upset stomach, the kind of upset stomach where it feels like you have to badly and urgently poop? The upset stomach started last night and I still have the feeling at this moment, tried to go to bathroom but I don’t have the feeling that I need to have a bowel movement just the upset stomach part. Also super out of breath and super fatigued feeling. I’ve been drinking plenty water n trying to exercise here n there. This feeling is so miserable
