Late 18 month check up

I just had my daughter’s 18 month check up done today (our doc was pushed out and then Covid:/ ) I’ve noticed for months my daughter likes to spin, head bang, rock her head back and forth, and repetitive vocalizations. Among other things. I brought it up with her doctor and she is now going to see a neurologist for Autism.. her doctor said her eye contact is great and if she does have it, it very mild/high functioning. I was wondering if anyone else has gone through this process and what it was like?
