I want to get married to my boyfriend

So my boyfriend and I have been together for a while now. We both still have our own places although we mainly stay at his house (we never spend a day apart) lately I’ve just really been thinking n I want this man to be my husband I want to spend everyday with him for the rest of my life through the goods and the bads! I’m very ready I just kind of feel like I’m already doing everything a “wife” would do so maybe it’s going to take him longer to propose for that reason because he knows I’m not going anywhere Idk.. I could definitely use some help on dropping some hints off to him??
