Herbalife shake while pregnant?

Hi I'm currently 13w4d I barely eat, because of this horrible morning sickness.. Even simple water makes me end up in the bathroom with pile out of my nose.. So my question is I have 2 tubs of Herbalife from before I conceived.. I'm wondering is it safe to take while pregnant not as a supplement.. But to use like if you can't eat, but still have snacks and small meals in between
