Could I be experiencing this ?

Had this for 4 days now never any heavier and only when I wipe, it’s kind of like inside is full of blood and it only appears when I wipe. So confused only been off my period just over a week we’ll what I think was my period. I’m having headaches & also woken up this morning with a random cold. Taken a test on the on 19th which I believe is negative however was a cheapie and currently on way to get a first response. Has anybody been through anything similar ? I’m loosing my mind
