Advice ?

TW Meds , miscarriage , TTC

All I can do is pray 😥 todays CD5 for me started my 1st round of letrozole CD3 , I’ve been TTC for 2 years I had to beg and fight my ob to accept me for the medication for almost a year . I have PCOS and over weight I’ve lost over 30 lbs in the last 4 months ( side note) > ( conceived my first pregnancy as well as my son naturally ). My first ended in MM and my son was born at 36 weeks , I take 1000 mg of metformin I was taking 500mg until they switched to the 1000mg last week . I’m taking the letrozole from CD3-CD7 . When do I have sex after I finish the meds and my period ends ? I don’t wanna waste any of the months i have the meds , they are only allowing me 3 rounds of letrozole. My husband had a semen analysis done last Friday and we are waiting for results as of this week . My weight is down to 260 I was 291 im hoping the weight loss helps that and is a factor as well . I plan to track with opks as well when do I track and start that.

Are there any success story’s please nothing negative !
