Scale says I’m losing weight but I don’t see it physically clothes still fit the same 😩
So started my journey of weight loss January 1st I started at 194lbs and today I am 184.6. Physically I feel the same and often feel like I’m seeing no results so I’ve been discouraged I’m actually in shock I even replaced my scales battery 🔋 to be sure. Is this normal ? Any fitness people out there that know what’s going on with my body ? I am doing about 30 mins of strength/ lifting and then running 1.5 miles on an elliptical. I have noticed that the 10 lb dumbbells are starting to become more easier and easier to lift. So I will be going up to 15s. I’m on a calorie deficit only consuming 1600 calories a day. I am currently still breastfeeding so I can’t take any dietary supplements but I am taking my proteins 💪
