Can someone please help me out 😔

My ovulation tests have been looking like this for like a month! I gave birth in Nov 17th via csection and im currently trying for baby number 2. I have pcos and I am not breastfeeding (not my choice please don't come for me lol). I havent gotten my period yet either. I just started my vitamin regimen which helped me conceive my daughter. This has never happened to me. I keep waiting to get that positive LH but it's not happening. I do ovulate quickly so im checking like 4 times a day. Please give me your opinion!
