Period or implantation

Me and my fiancé have been trying for baby #2 for a year . We had intercourse on the 13,14, 18 and 19th. I took an ovulation test on the 18th of this month and it was LH 80 peak. On March 21st it was LH 17.5 high and March 22nd LH 25 high. I don’t know how these LH work as well.

Today this morning I went to use the bathroom and I wipe and see blood… idk if this is implantation or period.. help :(
