Anyone noticed any change in their bodies when they hit 30?

This might sound weird but my boobs have went up a size and are so tender. What changes have you noticed? ( no I’m not pregnant nor sexually active)

I’m 27 almost 28 so not 30 yet but I’ve noticed a huge shift in how “old” my body feels just in the last few months. My joints ache a lot. I don’t recover from events and etc very quickly. I’ve had to change my diet up a bit because I’ve noticed my body retaining fat a lot more easily too. My husband, bless him, claims it’s all gone to my butt and he loves it 😆 even just the Jump from prior pregnancies to my most recent pregnancy, it was SO much harder on my body. I’m not looking forward to another drop off at 30 🥲

A little before 30 actually. I'm a pro dancer and teacher so I'm way to aware of my body. I noticed that I can't bounce back after a 1 week vacation of no train (because.. Resting!!) or that I can stop stretching for a couple of days. It was like a switch button 😩
Obviously my skin feels more stretched and I started getting those wrinkles on my forehead, but only one side 😒
As for pregnancy, my bio clock has been ticking since my 20s but know it also feels like something is missing.

Anyone noticed any change in their bodies when they hit 30?
