19+3 with severe back pain

This morning I woke up to severe lower pain in my back on my left side. I took Tylenol, tried a heating pad, an ice pack. Nothing is working. My mom is on my way to grab my daughter, take my fiancé to work, and take me to the hospital. I have vomited all the bile in my stomach twice now since I got up at 6am. Not sure if the vomiting is pain related or if this could be a kidney infection type of thing. Hopefully the hospital can figure it out. And I hope nothing is wrong with my little bean.

Update #1: So they did the bedside ultrasound on my kidneys and the attending physician noticed something abnormal on my left kidney so I have to go for the full ultrasound. Hopefully nothing more than a kidney stone or infection at this point.
