Seriously hating bed time

During the 2 naps in the day, my daughter can put herself to sleep as soon as I put her down in her cot. At bed time, when I put her down she cries and wants me to pick her up and put her to sleep and eventually I have to because she becomes overtired. She’s in a habit of wanting to sleep in bed with me because she wakes every hour or 2 hours during the night in her own bed but sleeps 10 hours street in bed with me. I have to rock and pat her for AGES literally 30 minutes to get her to sleep at bed time and I hate it.she’s 14 months old
