Ideas for protein sources?
My daughter refuses to eat meat, and I’m at a loss of what to send to daycare as a protein source for lunch. At home, I give her peanut butter to help balance it out but I can’t send that to daycare. I also feed her yogurt at home but they ask for finger foods only at daycare, so that’s out too.
Anyone have some good non-meat protein sources their children enjoy? 🙂 No one in my family or friend group is vegetarian or vegan, so they’re no help.
