HELP! Nipple pain

I switched from my last active combination pill to the Minipill on March 6th. I bled like I would with my “sugar” pills a few days after. I should be starting my period next week, or at least I would if I was on the combo pill.. I think? Maybe that’s why my nipples are on fire-?

I never experienced this with the combo pill. This started yesterday. They’re normally flat but they’ve both been slightly raised and pink, and painful since yesterday. Any insight is greatly appreciated!!!
