7 weeks 5 days pregnant today

I saw this after I used the bathroom I have not been spotting at all so this is concerning to me, I feel like this is the start of a miscarriage I really hope I’m wrong… I just went to the ER they didn’t do A scan or anything they told me to take it easy and told me my HCG levels are high 47,000 to be exact but that honestly doesn’t make me feel any better because I had a miscarriage back in November 2021 and my levels where high for as long as a month after my miscarriage so idk what to think… has anyone had this before during pregnancy was everything okay?
