Bleeding hemorrhoid

This is embarrassing but idk what to do.. ever since I gave birth a month ago, I’ve had a hemorrhoid that bleeds every time I go #2, even with stool softeners. The nurse only mentioned it once right after I gave birth so I didn’t think to ask how to treat it. Is this something I should mention to my OB? Idk how to treat it cause I think it’s inside.. but it does kinda make going #2 difficult.
