What food do you feed your 11 / 12 month old?

Meal ideas and snack ideas? In between nursing of course

Both my kids ate everything that i ate. The only thing they didnt have before a year old was honey

At 11 months old I started offering table food. Formula or breast milk is still primary nutrition until their first birthday but I would offer her whatever we were eating. If she ate it that was cool and if not no big deal

My daughter is 7 months but she loves-
Curry rice
Chickpeas cooked in taco seasoning with cheese
Toast with avocado and hemp seeds or nut butter mixed with yogurt
Chia seed pudding (usually made with breast milk for now) and I’ll mix in a spice (cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg)
Pancakes (sooo many different kinds can be made)
Eggs (scrambled/ frittata cups/ omelet) mix with veggies (spinach/ tomatoes/ mushrooms/ onions) 
Snacks/ sides-
Celery
Raw bell pepper
Yogurt 
Onion (my daughter eats them cooked and raw and it’s literally her favorite food so far)
Applesauce
Avocado (coated in hemp seed/ almond flour/ coconut flour/ breadcrumbs)

I honestly fed my daughter whatever I was eating, I didn’t deter from anything. My daughter loves peanut butter, fruits and veggies. She’s now 17 months and she never liked purées and still doesn’t love the texture of apple sauce
