Hi mommas I feel like I just had a sore throat not to long again

And her I go again with a sever sore throat and lots of clear mucus hurts to swallow been waking up congested

Any tips

I have been doing hot tea and honey

Salt water warm gargle and nothing

Anyone experiencing sore throat and mucus I hit 18. Weeks tomorrow

I know they say hormone change can cause sore throat but this is painful and they said it’s just a sore throat
