Do you stress leading up to ultrasound?

Do you ever stress leading up to each ultrasound? I just never feel at ease between each ultrasound until I see the baby on the screen due to the issues I had in the first trimester with bleeding, etc.

I did not too much with my first pregnancy with my daughter, but after her I had 3 losses and now I stress before every appointment and ultrasound. I am 17+3 so I know the chance of loss is low but i still worry they won’t find a heartbeat anymore.

In this pregnancy especially because I had bleeding. Even after my 12 week scan I had the feeling something was wrong. I haven't been able to relax a bit until after my 20 week scan, but now I finally believe everything is fine 😅

Yes, I’ve suffered miscarriages as well as my second born child had birth defects.
