Confusing cycle

So I'm on the combined pill Yazmin plus, and I take it every night on time, but for 4 months now I've had 2 periods a month, one mid month and one when I get to the last pills and I actually need to start. The periods are also weird, I'd bleed a lot for a day then nothing for an entire day and then a lot again. And this time it went from bright red and dark blood and a lot of it, to suddenly being light brown and relatively little for a day and then suddenly back to dark red and a lot with tissue mixed in? Please help I'm so tired of this. I'm also extremely fatigued and have had a mild fever the whole period through idk if it's related
