Tmiiiii

Ok so I had a normal period from the 8-14th of march. On day 15 I got what I thought was my period again, this bleeding lasted for 4 days. On the 27 I started spotting and same as the 28th. This morning (29th) I’ve passed a clot. Just one clot. I’m barely bleeding. I don’t even fill up half a pad. I don’t even need to change it, it’s mostly when I wipe I get the blood. I’ll add pics. On the 27th a got a vvvvvfl. Barely noticeable. I’ll also attach. The top is pregnancy test from 27 and bottom is from 28th. Tested again yoday and got a negative

Please help me I’m very confused and worried.
