My placenta is at the front (anterior high) 
I’m 21 weeks and not feeling any movement yet, When did you feel yours with the same position placenta? Should I be worried that he can’t move his legs etc?

I've had anterior placenta twice, with my first son and my fourth son, both times I've felt the first kick very light around 20 weeks but I didn't get much until 24 weeks and even still I'm now 30 weeks and last week had to go to the antenatal ward to monitor him as I felt nothing all day but as soon as they put the monitor on I could hear him kicking away. The placenta won't affect their movements but it will affect your ability to feel them

Had anterior with my first two pregnancies. Felt the first at maybe 26 weeks and my husband could feel at 28 and the second wasn’t until 28 weeks and husband felt around 30. Your baby can move his legs the only difference is that you don’t feel as much. He’s still doing just as much movement

Your baby can move freely. Lol it's you that won't feel him too much at first. I didnt feel my 3rd til 24 weeks

I don’t remember feeling too much obvious movement or kicks, it was more general pressure and discomfort throughout the pregnancy. It was my first pregnancy so I didn’t have anything to compare it to. Doesn’t effect baby though.

I didn’t feel movement until 26 weeks with an anterior placenta. The reason you don’t feel it isn’t because baby can’t move, it’s because here’s basically a barrier (the placenta) between the baby and the front of your belly.
