Back pain early pregnancy

My lower back hurts and im 5 weeks. It’s not intense at all. Just sore. I dont know if it’s pregnancy related . I have a 1 year old that’s 26 pounds and doesn’t walk yet. So I’m constantly bending and lifting him. Any advice
