20 Week Anatomy Scan Concern

Hello mommies!

I had a scare at my 20 week anatomy scan

Apparently my baby girls stomach doesn’t look like it’s emptying and or struggling too . The doctor said it looks fairly large, but that it could change within hours after this appointment. Has anybody else had this issue? Or received this news before? So far the doctor told me it wasn’t Lethal to the baby, I’ve lost a child before & I’m scared to go through it again. Just looking for advice and some light.
