Sore throat after giving blowjob

Does anyone else get a bad sore throat after giving a blowjob? It was a 30 minute blowjob, (lots of teasing lol) anyways it’s kind of progressed and gotten worse. First day after was a sore throat 2nd day after (today) it hurts to swallow and really hurts! It feels like when I got tonsil stones (from swallowing) although I didn’t swallow this time and he just got out of the shower. This isn’t the first time it’s hurt like this after a blowjob.
