Breast feeding & trying to pump help

So I use my haaka to help with engorgment plus I would like to be able to store milk. I got 10ml this morning and I’m feeling dumb not knowing what to do with it, I put it in a milk storage bag but there’s no point in freezing only 10ml.. so I left it on the counter (I know it’s only good for 4 hours that way, thought I could try to add to it today and then should I freeze or give it to them today to give my breasts a break?

But how do I give it to them, in a normal bottle? And how do I know if it would be too much or too little?
