Tips on how to save on meals/groceries ?

Groceries here in Ontario, Canada are starting to get ridiculous!!!

I’m looking for tips on how to save more on meals/groceries for a family of 4 (2 young kids 3 and under). Although our family can eat 😂 my 3 year old is super picky lately, so I find myself making the kids something different than us. Idk if this makes it more expensive or not really.

But I just need some advice/tips please!
