Miracle cream 😯 thank him with a gift or no?

So my baby's been struggling with eczema since he was 8 weeks old, doctors brushed it off as cradle cap or mild eczema, even when his skin was cracked, sore and weeping (sign of infection), I've been prescribed anti fungal creams, different moisturisers etc.

His 14 weeks now and we went back to the doctors 2 days ago, this time we had a different doctor as usual and he just took one look at my boy and prescribed antibiotic steroid cream and a dermol 500 moisturiser, I started using them the same night I got them, the next morning it improved sooo much! 2days later now and his skin is almost clear.

Before 😢

After 😊

Literally just days difference! In the bath his flaky skin has just been rolling off with a light scrub.

I'm still in shock with how fast its worked when nothing else worked for weeks! My happy baby is back with no urge to rip into his skin anymore 🥰

My boy has another appointment with him on Monday (he wants to see if there's any progress, other doctor never made follow up appointments, she always just said "call back if there's no change") and I really want to thank him as well as ask him to be my boys primary doctor from now. Do I gift him anything as a thank you or am I overreacting?
