Debating on Vbac

Hello everybody I was just looking for support and opinions! I had gotten pregnant 6months after a scheduled c section for breech baby. My doctor gave me the okay for Vbac candidate this time. I do want a Vbac but am scared of severe rupture which is always a possibility but what is the chance or what are things I can do in meantime to try and prevent it which such a short healing time ? What are some of you mamas advice?
