Milk clog
I’ve been ebf since my 3.5 month old was born, we just finished a nursing session and this thing came out when he burped. Could this be a milk clog? I had a small tender area on my left breast and my letdowns have been really hurting lately.
I attached an image that I could find that looked similar but I’m not 100%
