so i know most muslims fast during ramadan, but i’ve also heard that includes not taking medication during that time. is that true? if so, how does that work as far as withdrawals & stuff?

2. What decides when the date should be? EG. Thanksgiving falls on the second Monday of Oct
3. Was there an event that started the tradition? Like for Christans, Easter is to celebrate Jesus' death and his rise from the dead
4. What kinds of food do you eat in the evening when you break your fast? (This question is personal I guess since I assume there isn't a single thing everyone has)
